Application
Used in sterility tests for the cultivation of both aerobic and anaerobic organisms. The medium is well suited to test materials containing heavy metals which have a bacteriostatic effect.

Preparation Note
Suspend 29.5g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Mix well and dispense into final containers. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Avoid rapid cooling.
