Description

The Selectra ProS/ Pro M are automatic chemistry analyzers. The instruments are used in combination with reagents for in vitro diagnostic measurements of analytes in samples of serum, plasma, urine and aqueous standard solutions. The Selectra ProS/ Pro M are designed as a table-top system with all components fitted into one unit.

Our service engineers are trained by Elitech (the manufacturer) in the routine maintenance as well as repair of all Clinical Chemistry systems

The Selectra ProS/ Pro M are designed to operate with a minimum of scheduled preventive maintenance. The list below indicates the tasks that must be performed every 12 months:

1 Perform the clean system procedure
2 Replace the pipetting needle tubings
3 Replace the ISE tubing (if applicable)
4 Overhaul the vacuum pump
5 Overhaul the water pump
6 Overhaul the cooling pump
7 Check/refill the cooling fluid
8 Replace the stirrer belt
9 Replace the stirrer bearing
10 Replace the water filter
11 Check the cuvette rotor position
12 Replace the lamp
13 Replace the drying block
14 Check the pipetting arm position
15 Check the reagent / sample rotor position
16 Check the PISD scanner (if applicable)
17 Check the bellows pump
18 Check the performance
19 Fill out the yearly maintenance report
