Semi-micro cuvettes are used for UV/VIS spectroscopy. and have a total volume of 1.6 ml and macrocuvettes with a total volume of 4 ml. Made of crystal-clear polystyrene they are particularly suitable for enzymatic determinations, as thev ery thin wall thickness enables fast and even temperature control. With low light scattering combined with a high transmission rate. they can be used in a wave length range from 340nm to 900 nm.
