ISE Reference and ISE Diluent references are used for the quantitative determination of sodium (Na+), potassium (K+), chloride (Cl-) and total CO2 in human serum and plasma on Vital Scientific (Elitech) Clinical Systems instruments equipped with an ISE module.

METHOD Indirect potentiometric dosing with ion-selective electrodes. STABILITIES Store ISE Reference solution and ISE Diluent at 10-30 °C, ISE Conditioner at 2-30 °C and ISE Cleaner at 2-8 °C, protected from light. Do not freeze. Do not use after the expiration date stated on the bottle label. In-kit stability: Stability is kit specific. (Refer to § PERFORMANCE DATA).
