Description
Nuclease-free Water is ideal for the preparation of reagents and for use in enzymatic reactions. No toxic agents, such as DEPC, are used in the production of this water, so as to avoid inhibition in enzymatic reactions.
Application
- in cDNA synthesis and PCR amplification
- for the dilution of rumen DNA sample prior to qPCR assay
- in PCR (polymerase chain reaction) and agarose gel electrophoresis
- for the elution of RNA during RNA isolation
