Description
Application
Sodium fluoride has been used:
- as a source of fluoride ions, to analyse its impact on spermatogenesis and capacitation in vitro
- as an additive in the extraction buffer for the isolation of nuclei, cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins
- as a component of lysis buffer for the lysis of human ovarian adenocarcinoma OVCAR3 cells
