Application
A medium used in the brewing industry for the detection of wild yeasts other than those of the Saccharomyces species.
Preparation Note
Suspend 65g in 1 litre demineralised water containing 10ml of 50% Potassium Lactate Solution. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Cool to 45 – 50°C, mix well and pour plates.
Do not Autoclave or Overheat
